Tomatoes

Trixie brought me those tomatoes. I weighed them. A whopping 60#! I spent all day yesterday canning them and I'm still not done. Two BW canner loads of 7 quarts each. The first load, I raw packed and used 2 T bottled lemon juice. The second one I hot packed and used 1/2t of citric acid. I'm trying to see which method I like. I have about a third of the tomatoes left. I will take a break today and tomorrow I plan to pressure can the rest in pints maybe. Ah, the continuing saga of the pantry.

I ended up with 14 quarts and 16 pints of diced tomatoes.
